Laura tbh I havent tried online shopping since moving up here a few yrs ago lol, i had the cheek to tell Sammie to do it tho hahaha! I never intend on getting alot, and therefor would rather just pop into the shop and get it myself :/ I am going to have to do online soon tho, driving is becoming almost impossible :( normally a friend comes with me, but with it being half term, we cant fit all of our kids in my car!! xx

Have started a count down chart (discreetly!) on my wall at work, I love my job but at the moment it's just too darned tiring, I'm very much looking forward to putting my feet up tonight!

Thought don't tell the midwife was so sad last night, not much midwifery action though was there?!

Labour vibes to all you boldies and soon to be boldies, cannot imagine how exciting it must be :D

Laura, I get the baby spin cycle too, at first I thought hiccups, but they're definately identifiable as those, I guess if others have it its nothing to worry about!

Antenatal class Friday was fab, I really liked the teacher, she's very approachable and even DH enjoyed it, lovely small class, just 4 couples, looking forward to seeing them this week which is a good sign!

Don't tell the midwife, is it not call the midwife???? lol
  • dont tell the midwife is becoming a regular statment in our house at the moment.

i have decided tomorow i am going to be really grumpy for my gtt since i cant eat and drink after 9pm tonight.

Haha, Freudian slip, that's hilarious, don't know if it's because I often say to my hubby, "I'll just lift this/eat this/etc" but don't tell the midwife, or cos I'm looking forward to don't tell the bride tonight!

    Afternoon girlies and bumps.

I've been on the missing list for a while but I am now back and on holiday/maternity leave to boot. I've sat here and read all 120+ pages since Friday and there's many a congratulations due - 4nnabella, Gilly, Stacey, Ro and I'm sure I have missed a few!

Hi also to the bumps and mummies to be

I am 9th under the boldies, OMG that feels very close  I had a bad day yesterday, Missy was very quiet all day. Nothing would get her moving beyond a faint nudge even after I downed a cold full fat coke. In the end we called up Stoke Mandeville Birth Centre and they advised that we come in. Literally 10 minutes after I had been strapped onto the monitor she decided to wake up and do exactly as the MW told her to :o Have to admit I felt a bit of a fraud but very relieved. She's been fine today, lots of normal bolshy movements :D

I have to find my RLT capsules today, bought the blasted expensive things and now can't fin where I put them. 4pm already and haven't really acheived much. Lots of washing to do and I'm still gathering my hospital bag - does anyones else have the problem that most of what needs to go in is in daily use?

Labour vibes to MozzyC and Sittingona Star!!!

Dont worry too much Mozzy, think they can go either way. Lirin had an induction and her labour was fast and had great pain relief. xx

emmylou - my boys are the same, constantly nagging me for sweets/magazines etc. I dont know what i hope turns up for you now, baby or washing machine?!! what would you prefer!! :o

Icey - typical of baby to start being active when you arrive to be monitered!! better to be safe and have your mind put at rest though. Glad everything was ok. :)

took the boys to the local country park for a walk and as soon as we step foot in the front door they start bickering. i was looking forward to this half term as it is the last school holiday before baby is due but now im not so sure!!! ;)
    xx

Heck are you still here mozzyc?!! I keep popping on for news. Stop reading up on labour - you'll only read horror stories!

Good luck, I hope it happens soon and you have a nice, easy labour!
