I wonder how big he'l be now. I think Aaron would have been about 9lbs at term. When are you booked for induction?

You never know. Half an hour before he appeared the doctor was still telling me my baby was big, and he was average. Oh it's exciting, you are probably relieved more than anything.

  • Good luck Mozzy and Sitting, hope things happen for you soon. Can't believe we were pretty much date buddies and Elliot is over 3 weeks old already. Still, you're probably getting more sleep than we are at the moment :) He's been feeding every hour since 5am!

If I'm honest I dunno how I'm managing it either gilly! Just sat and cried last night (don't you just love hormones!! :rotfl:) It's not the lugging around of the extra weight so much..there was enough of it there before!! It's the waiting, all the little worries of the last 9 months are still there coz I haven't got him in me arms!!
Seriously jealous me dear...but I know our times not far off!! :D

Won't be long now Sitting enjoy the time while you can, because they cannot go back. At times I've felt like trying, believe me :rotfl:

Time does fly, my wee monster was 2 weeks yesterday, can't believe it, fastest 2 weeks of my life and I know it'l probably just continue.

The time really does seem to have flown by! I'm almost half way through my maternity leave already, so hoping I start getting a bit more sleep as I'd have no chance of doing a sensible days work :o

A few hours sleep a night is probably good practice for when your little one does arrive... Still, Elliot does seem to have finally decided to sleep for a bit, and I have (well, had, as the bag seems to have emptied itself) chocolate cookies, so things are definitely improving here.
  • I hate it when chocolate just grows legs and dissapears :rotfl: Mine seems to do that all the time at the mo!!
