I was just saying that to hubby. I can really feel him move right across my belly, and see it very clearly too. I want to eat all the time, but there's just no room in my stomach haha.

    Hello ladies,

Can anyone recommend any nice decaf tea bags? I've been told by the midwife that I need to cut right back on my caffeine intake due to my previous mc's. I've been drinking decaf coffee but I can't drink much of it as it makes me feel a bit icky. I've tried the tetley decaf tea bags and they were disgusting and tasted nothing like tea.

    xx

I've been drinking only decaf tea since we started TTC. I've tried lots of different ones, and found most of them ok - but I have my tea quite weak so maybe any difference isn't so obvious. My favourites so far are Sainsbury Red Label and Co-op 99. Asda own ones are quite nice too, but I agree, the Tetley ones aren't great.

hi i'm new to this thread, i'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with my second child but having a few problems, at 5/6 weeks i had some pain and bleeding so had to go for an internal scan they could see baby's heart beat so everything was ok, then approx 11 weeks i started having severe stomach pain which was affecting the way i walked and alot of the time it was to painful to walk so i had to have another scan but this time they could see baby and all looked well and they couldnt explain the pain, but now 14 weeks and started experiencing severe pain again, its been on and off all week but this weekend it hasnt really stopped and again affecting the way i'm walking, i only spent an hour in work yesterday because i was so uncomfortable. i'm starting to get really worried because it's so uncomfortable. i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so what was wrong? hope i'm ok posting in here asking this. thanks :)

Vicky, I had bad pains which affected my walking for a few weeks, on and off, at around the 14 - 16 week mark. Mine was made worse by me having a fall onto my belly just before 16 weeks. My midwife basically said that all the ligaments round my tummy were stretching, and when I fell I pulled all the ligaments in one go, IYSWIM? Basically I'd say that what you're having is probably normal, but if you're unsure at any time, just give your midwife or doctor a call :)

WOW svjenni - triplets?! I bet that idea took a bit of getting used to! I can't imagine how I would manage - but how special! :) Are you finding all your pregnancy symptoms are magnified 3 times? Like others have said, please keep posting regularly, I'm so interested to hear about your pregnancy!

I'm feeling sorry for myself today, have got a rotten cold :( Got virtually no sleep last night so hoping I get more tonight, but my nose is so blocked and runny at the same time, it's gross! Had a good day though - tiled the kitchen which is a job which has been lingering for ages. We also bought a new freezer so when the time comes we'll have plenty of room for frozen meals ready for the few weeks after the baby arrives :)
It's my DH's bday tomorrow, so we've both taken the day off and I'm taking him out for a nice lunch at a new posh restaurant :D

Hope you're all ok - come on you boldies, we haven't had a baby for a few days now! :p

  • thanks bb1984 so nice to hear of other people having the pain im having not that i'd wish it on anyone but it does give me reassurance, i thought something might be wrong because of the fact that i'm struggling to walk with it but if you've had it fingers crossed i've got the same and all is well :) thanks

Grrrr, stupid OH. Woke up to him huffing and puffing that I had started snoring. Hello! Not my fault, I only started snoring in the later stages of pregnancy! So have left bedroom to sit in the lounge till he gets up for work.
He keeps saying he'll sleep on the blow-up bed in the spare bedroom but never does. Tonight he'd better. I need sleep too incase I go into labour fgs..........
