i get my headaches still too and feel so yucky. tried the mw again but left a message. this is irritating.what do you do for cramps? i had them non stop for a few days and i just paracetamol and then it just stopped. i know what you are saying about one of those days.

I have this baby gym and I love it. It wasn't the one I originally wanted, but I received it as a gift and we love it. The music is lovely, not annoying at all, and the thing in the middle moves around and it has flashing lights. Batteries are still going strong and we have it on every day, sometimes for a long time

Ooh Ikkle really! Keep us updated on that 1! I'm 32 weeks tomorrow.

Can they only give you a weight estimate from growth scans or do MW's estimate aswell?

Welcome BezzyK and jenjen, lots of newbies today seems its going to get busier on here.

So glad everyone who have had scans today have been fine.

MMM - suffer alot of cramp and aches in lower leg/calves at night too, monday night every hr was awake to cramps yet i dont eat after a certain time and drink lots of water try to avoid tea before bed as that doesnt help. Cant say anything in particular seems to trigger it but last night slept right through no problems even reflux was good.


I havnt done much today, keep measuring my bedroom to see if i can get the cotbed in as im worried about having the moses basket in there at night with the cat having always slept on the bed i dont want any mishaps when i do actually sleep. Might just manage it but it will be a squeeze.
OH will be moving furniture again this weekend it seems : )

Had lunch at nans and a good natter about the rest of the family and things going on locally(gossip), she is more like a mum really she listens to all my ups and downs and tells me things she wont share with just anyone.

I found out today that my mum had high blood pressure during pregnancy. Does this mean that I have an increased risk of it too? I can't find much online about it!

I may have accidentally frightened myself. I measured bump and checked green notes. If I did it right....I'm off the scale big!! Oophs!!

Lady M - what have your readings been so far? Normally smaller people (such as you and me ) have low blood pressure more commonly than high, and I know I have low blood pressure (2/3 readings so far in low range, the other a whisker over).

My blood pressure has been low so far but my mum was small both before and during pregnancy, which is why I wondered.:o

I'll try and get my notes soon to get the proper readings. x
