erm i forgot that bit as i did kung fu with DH and when he gets childish i get all these kicks and punches (in the air but near me) and i get really annoyed. He also pick on me a lot (in a comedy way). i did say to him, i dont want our baby having his noise-making skills or temper. lol. aggg still have over a month to decide whether i should find out the gender or not, as he won't!Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Has anybody seen anywhere that sells vests with collars so that they look like polo tops tucked into jeans?
I can find them on ralph lauren etc but I was thinking more like 5 for £10-£12 not 1 for £35 ish lol... preferably in bright primary colours or blue and green:jBaby Boy born December 20120 -
BCC your bump is not huge! It's lovely, but I have to confess that I think my own bump is massive and I keep being told that it's very neat! I think it just feels massive to us!
LMM hugs to you chick - as Emsbet said, just be honest and open with your Doctor. Don;t forgget that you have a choice as to whether or not you take the antidepressants and tell them that you are not keen on them - my midwife discussed the possibility of me going on them when I was having a tough time. The other option that they may suggest is counselling; my midwife explained that a lot of the time it is hormones playing up and being pregnant is a lot to take on - the only reason that they usually like to do something about depression if it is ongoing is because they would rather sort it out early and give you a fighting chance when baby comes along so that it doesn't affect bonding etc. They won't judge you or think that you are silly, they are there to help
Emsbet/DissibubbaI was wondering about movements too - some days baby doesn't kick much but can feel baby moving around, especially when he sticks his head out to one side! I was worried that I should be monitoring it more and recording when things happen, but as long as I know he is having a wriggle then I am happy enough! he usually kicks first thing in the morning and around 9 - 10pm; there are odds kicks in the day, but like I said I feel more sensations sometimes. That might be to do with having anterior placenta? Sometimes the kicks feel 'internal' can't quite describe the feeling, but it's odd!
KatyLiz thanks for your post; I had been worried that when baby comes along I may not feel a sudden rush of love so it was good to know that this is normal!
moneypenny welcome to the thread!
AMC I am so going on amazon to check out the Mr. Benn lampshade! I don't think my OH will let me get it for baby, but I LOVED Mr. Benn, Bagpuss and Ivor the Engine (chur-chi-kuff, chur-chi-kuff) when I was growing up!0 -

These ones are all from Next (who have their sale this month so you might get them then).
The Dark blue Checked and light blue checked were £7.50 each the other two were £7 each.
Argos and Tesco also do the same style for similar price, don't think you will find the multipacks though hun xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Hi All,
so many pages to catch up on and soooo tired. reflux didnt allow for any sleep last night, got through loads of antacids but still couldnt settle, then up for work at 6am. Still home now and have had an hr snoozing so feeling a bit better and not much else to do today.
SM - belated birthday greetings hope you had a lovely day
RE movement - sounds as if alot of us are having similar experiences, i am another one that barely feels anything all day then all of a sudden anytime from late evening and through the night there can be alot of fidgeting and some kicking.
I am begining to think LO is going to be small as im 31wks and never see or feel specific body parts just the movement and as yet nothing pushing on ribs or pelvis.
MrsB - thanks for birth story, i have asked loads of people about the inj for placenta as i dont want to have it but know one can remember being asked about it and just presume they had it and MW wasnt keen for me not to. but since reading your story and finally finding one other person who chose not to it seems i may go with my plan to not have it, OH is very good at knowing what I want and when so if needed he will have permission to go for the inj if it seems its needed when the time comes.
Feelings - wow so many feelings to understand or worry about not having. I rub my bump but for my own comfort I dont realy know how i feel about it at the moment i just want LO to come. I do worry sometimes that I wont feel motherly or love LO as i was brought up by dad as mum left without any contact or feeeling from a very young age.
Fluff hope you are getting cuddles as it looks like you havnt been on over the wkend, if not hope it happens soon.
((Hugs)) to all those feeling rubbish today, hope you feel better soon
Labour vibes to all Boldies and to those not listed but need it
well everyone due home from work soon so will try and look a bit more lively and get to mr T as i have a bbq tomorrow night for my guide group, i just hope it doesnt rain.Rachel

Thanks guys for the collared baby grow updates - I bought a couple of the next ones but at £7 each I was hoping to pick up a 5 pack of some for a bit less. I have bought the 5 pack of primary coloured vests from Mothercare though and they look like t-shirts tucked in jeans so that is good
Hoping that a good friend of mine with good taste will pass down her sons bits when she has finished with them too as she has said she will:jBaby Boy born December 20120 -
You will need an extra layer during winter months hun as well as the vest as a t-shirt. xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
