I think someone posted this morning about going to look at a Britax B-Smart?

The Black B-Smart and Babysafe carseat package is in the Kiddicare sale.

Down from £430 to £215, then £204.25 delivered using Morrisons discount code.

    Seems a fab price :) x

ooh, think we've agreed on a pram, Silvercross Surf, been to John Lewis tonight and we both really like it, I think as I don't drive it will be good for getting around on public transport too. We have a lot of JL vouchers from our wedding last summer so seems like a good thing to spend them on, am glad we hung onto them as we'll not have much to pay towards it which is nice :)

    Hi everyone

Lovely shiny new thread, hopefully it will help me keep up (!) my resolution of delurking :)

I love one born every minute. I only started watching this series but have been catching up on 4od. I feel so much better about that great unknown in May. I actually feel really lucky to have such a programme about something I will be going through.

With bf/not bf, what I have been thinking is that I would like to bf but mainly using a pump rather than myself as I just can't get my head round it....I have read great things about the medela and in mothercare today read a guide saying the swing one was best for daily pumping so it does seem possible, but obviously I don't know if I will take to pumping. I have googled a bit and it seems quite American to exclusively pump, most NHS stuff seems to say bf for the first few weeks to establish it etc......I really don't know that much about it but if for example it just wasn't happening in hospital and we used a formula bottle, can you then change back to bf or should it really only be one or the other......sorry if this is a stupid question....:rotfl:

Sorry still not worked out to only quote a bit of a message haha!
Yes U can still BF even after giving a bottle in hosp. I bottle fed all of mine from the start, and with DD3 (i think!) a midwife came out at 6 days after birth and was very pro breastfeeding, she told me it wasnt too late to start feeding baby myself. I didnt want to as she was on a Hypoallergenic formula anyway. I also am the same as u as in i like to know how much baby has had at each feed, in ounces! So if i was to breastfeed, i`d much rather express. That way, DH can help more, as with 3 other kids to sort out its going to be hard anyway!!
Right, i`m off for a shower, then getting in bed for OBEM, lets hope for some smaller babies this week, then i`ll know theres still hope for a tiddler from me this time haha ! xxx

I'd quite like to see some smaller babies, not that mine will be one of them haha xx

Exciting tea tonight. Cream cheese and cucumber sarnie, black grapes, melon and satsuma.

    Least it's healthy :) x
