Did you get the new shape bottle or the old one? The new ones are a bit like the Tommee Tippee closer to nature ones. It makes me chuckle though that types of marketing calls you do get from them all like books! My child is still in utero what the bloody hell does it want a copy of the Lion King book for?
Erm not sure. There's a picture of it on my blog here ... http://rebekahc-talesofahousewife.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/well-into-second-trimester.html

I would go and get it out the box but I don't know where it is amongst the baby stuff spread throughout the house! :rotfl:

Once the nursery is decorated and everything is back in and I find it I can let you know!:o

Ah ED ok. Whilst we are on the subject of ED. Does anyone have the 2nd voucher? I am well over the 27 weeks but when I logged in its not there for printing. Or do we need to do something else to get it?

Triangle - congratulations! I'm glad both of you are doing well - enjoy your mummy cuddles!

    Cali - welcome

Ikkle - there's no way I would let anyone film/photograph my birth, not to mention show it on TV. I am a wimp and have a very low pain threshold and do not anything to remind me of how undignified I was during the birth. It's bad enough my DH will have to see me in pieces.

It's the older shape. I bought an older shape with the boots coupons and then they sent me this new shape one and they are completely different so can't mix and match teats or anything lol. They are very similar to the Tommee Tippee ones though like I said.

Have you decided on your stickers yet? When are you starting to decorate? we want piccy's you know? x
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Did you get the actual Emma's Diary book? There should be a coupon in that one for it.

Bounty ones you just get given in the hospital x

    Afternoon all!

Congratulations to rakkibeth, museumworker and triangle on your births of your babies.

No real news hear, although Bean doesn't seem to have been quite so active today as yesterday - maybe it's just cos I've been more active though and not noticed it so much. He tends to go through some days where he's kicking almost constantly, and the next day he seems to be a bit calmer as he's worn himself out. I read something interesting on a website or email the other day (can't remember which as I'm subscribed to so many) that said that babies practice the movements that they will use once they are born to build up their musles and reflexes etc. So they do a sort of pedalling movement on the wall of your uterus that imitates walking. It made sense of the sometimes very rythmic movements I've felt on occasion.

Hugs to all who need or want them, welcome to all of the newbies on the thread, and labour vibes where appropriate.

    sexymouse xx
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

  • Just to lower the tone a bit sexymouse ... my OH (who has been secretly reading a baby e-book on his kindle, unbeknown to me) took great pride in telling me that babies practice masturbating in-utero.

.. and I thought monkey had the hiccups.

lol dj - I thought about that whilst I was typing "rythmic movements", as I've also read that they can get erections whilst in utero.
