Nooo even though those pains were harder than what I have now. Id count from 4/5 this morning id say. Thats when they became regular and trackable.

haha bless ya, i just wondered as i`ve not had a labour progress like urs has and wouldnt know when to time it from myself! Altho, if people ask, tell them from the time u had ur first pain, they`ll feel sorry for u then ;) Hope the pain stays bearable for a while yet still, 3cm is good going! I was in agony with my first baby by 3 cms, had the midwife out to me and i was begging her to take me to hosp lol! She refused, but i went 2 hours later anyway and was up to 5cm so they let me stay! Keep ur energy levels up too hun coz u`ll need it later xx

I found it so difficult to track my contractions as well as concentrate on pressing the boost button on my TENS machine at the same time. Someone should invent a TENS that tracks contractions for you as well, so you can do both at the same time...

Id love nothing more than a nap right now but laying down hurts too much. contraction aches then so im contenting myself with sitting on the edge of the bed. Luckily i slept a large portion of yesterday. still shattered though :(

annabella they do make them but they cost a good bit more
