I have a question ladies, I've ordered a birthing ball today, is it too early for me to use it? I just can't get comfy on the sofa or chair at home anymore and I thought that it would help. I'm not planning on bouncing on it just sitting on it :o

With missionary my back was spasming, spooning hurt a my other half is very big , it jusy felt too deep and uncomfotable, facing each other hurt my hips. I can do me on top but I a bit bored with that. Anybody got any suggestions??

  • Emsbet I have asked my physio about this. She said its not too early, she said just sitting on it will strengthen the core muscles. Also leaning your pelvis to each side and backwards and forwards with strengthen the pelvic floor. and sitting then lifting your legs so they're on tiptoes. These are rubbish descriptions but I know what I'm mean lol. Hope that helps a bit xx

Got my gripe water at boots, it's only back on the shelves about a week, but most chemists etc have it now too :D

Yeah dentinox is crap, I'd say the decent teething gels are probably 2 or 3m+ Anbesol liquid is good if you can get it, but it's been withdrawn at the moment. I like bonjela or calgel.

What's sex? I've forgotten LOL. Wish I needed it :( My body has forgotten what to do!

Anyone got a list of things they have made to do for when on maternity leave? Mine is growing LOL. Would list it but will bore you all to death!

I used these teething powder herbal remedy for my daughter. Can't remember why they called but got them in boots and were amazing. Combined this with calpol if temp and the cooling teether toys and a button bag. Was all fine.

    Nelsons teetha? :D

we can't use them because they contain lactose but we use weleda teething and colic granules :) get them from amazon/health shops.

We use the granules, his amber teething anklet, bonjela and calpol if it's really bad  and of course Sophie the giraffe :D
