They sent that response very quickly to my complaint jeppy, but didn't say how long it would take for them to investigate.
I did say that I thought they should have a look at the records for the whole promotion to see how many other people had been potentially adversely affected. If they do look at the whole thing i guess that might take a while!
I suppose it might help (us all) if they get lots of similar complaints from other MSE'ers who may have lost out.
As I said before, there are no guarantees here, and I don't know what will happen but I've done what I could.0
