For any other MSE'ers who are for whatever reason being denied legitimate promotion winnings by Bingomania, here is a link to file a complaint with their local regulator (Antigua Directorate of Offshore Gaming) :
http://www.antiguagaming.gov.ag/complaints.asp
If it comes to it, you'll need to do so against Stuart Gordon of Helix Gaming International, the parent company of Bingomania - HGI hold the licence.
As they've just been ignoring my requests up until now, I've given them a last chance before I file the complaint there.0 -

Just sign up to money bookers using the email address that you used for bingo and then you need to verify your address or card.
I got them to send a code to my address, arrived in about 3 days.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

I won £88 with the free £100. Am really annoyed with myself though. They don't tell you (or I missed it!!), that if you win and continue playing you are then playing with your winnings rather than with the free £100. Consequently I was only able to withdraw £48.43 in the end. Still not bad out of free money though!!
For anybody thinking of playing, you have to have either a netteller account or a moneybookers account to withdraw the money.
I also wanted to thank clairegwen as well as the op.
If I hadn't of read this post I would have played on and most probably lost my winnings!! (not that I have received them yet!!)ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -

No guarantee that it will get sorted of course but worth the effort, especially if it turns out lots of folk have not been paid that BM have tried to "limit" their exposure.0
