I went through the help desk and got this response:

Our fax number is 1 268 481 4409 and our e mail address is verify@bingomania.com If you cannot provide us with photo ID, 2 other types of ID such as a utility bill or a copy of your bank statement showing your name and address will be sufficient.

Yes I sent them a scanned image of my driving license to verify@bingomania.com and the money was in my moneybookers account a few hours later.

I just sent them an email saying 'please find attached ID as requested' and also stated my username that I registered with.
