hi i did not relise you had to play the whole lot in one thought it may of carried over to play again not to worry had a few good games.

I decided tonight to email a copy of my driving licence. Consequently two hours later, and my winnings are in Moneybookers ! :-)
So far so good.
It now appears that before I can get the money from Moneybookers I need to verify my account. (I do remember doing something similar when I opened a Paypal account).
I have 3 choices. I either put the money on a credit or debit card (bit reluctant to give them even more details)
2) wait until they deposit in my account and leave a reference which I then have to use to verify the account
or 3) verify my address and wait for them to send something to my home address which will have a verification number on.
Has anybody else had this yet?

I cashed out on Sunday, do I need to wait for them to email me about the photo ID, or am I supposed to do it now?

I went via the helpdesk and they said a utility bill would suffice as ID

I cashed out on sunday too, no sign of money in moneybookers or in the bingo account now. Have emailed them - haven't supplied id as yet and no idea if money is anywhere. Oh well, if we don't get anything I don't suppose we've lost much really. But I would have carried on playing with the 'bonus' if I thought we'd have no chance!

I sent my ID to accounts@bingomania.com. I got my money in moneybookers within 2 hours of sending the ID.

ive not heard anything, but my mums states withdrawal approved, but there is nothing in her account yet.
