I just checked my emails (silly not to check them before!! lol) and it doesn't look like i'll be getting my winnings, i don't have a scanner so i took a foto of my passport and emailed that to them, however i have an email from yesterday saying that the email was not valid because the fotos were unclear. when i checked my a/c with bingomania however, the withdrawal was approved today so i don't know whats happening but i'm guessing since they've asked for better id that i won't receive any money til they receive id!

now just to find a scanner! ..............

Easier to send copy of utility bill / credit card statement, tbh....

....no worry about dodgy photo scanning.

I sent a bank statement and credit card statement (blanking out my acc number etc) and got an email back saying that it was accepted and my account had been verified.

I sent a copy of my driving licence at 9am and again at 4pm today. They have confirmed that this was received by efax!! and passed to their accounts, but nothing since. I think they are about 5 or 6 hours behind us, but not sure, but the transaction times on the games were, so perhaps their office hours are too.

Anyone else still waiting!!

I missed out on the O2 and Thorntons offers too ( even though I had confirmation emails) Is it me!!

If its still not through today, send an email to the veryfy email address and ask them to confirm that it has been recived, I did this and a few hours later it was approved.

Its their servers that are 4 hours behind because of where they are based hence the game times being wrong.

I got that email too...just a matter of time before we get our money now! (I hope)
