    i think i have deleted the emails from my junk mail and not heard anything any ideas how i can solve this only won £30.00 but will i now lose it anyone?

  • I tried to withdraw, then I sent ID to the normal email address and got an email back saying welcome to Bingomania, my withdrawl then changed to approved.

    Then today I sent an ID to the [EMAIL="verify@bingomania.co.uk"]verify@bingomania.co.uk[/EMAIL] address and got this reply:

    "Your email has been passed on the Accounts Department; payouts will be
    processed between today and Friday."

    Guess I will keep waiting and wondering......

    Well I decided to try my luck with that link the day after the promotion ended.

    Then I emailed to ask why I didn't get the £100....

    yes, i got this too!

    i deposited £10 but have yet to recieve any bonuses (200% & £100) so i emailed them

    can someone who also recieved this email clarify this?

  • I sent my id 2 days ago, Tuesday night, got an email in the early hours of Wednesday morning to say that they had recieved my id and had passed it on to the accounts dept. Money was in moneybookers this afternoon, it went in around 3.30.
