Those have already been declined I'm afraid. And mum might end up with some interesting tan lines from the lacy ones!

It was the thought of you having to leave ths office as you were giggling and it would have made it even worse trying to explain it...just hope no one walked in on you otherwise they'll think you very odd!

Almost... Might be difficult to get on and off eg if walking to work. Also arthritic shoulders...

If I can work out how to add a link on my silly almost-new phone I'll show you what we've seen:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=260559655591&index=1&nav=WATCHING&nid=03215040485

Have altered the link from a mobile Web one so apologies if it doesn't work. Way above my talents to post a picture!

    No, link doesn't work...:)

Seeing as we're doing shopping requests...:)

My mum is after some... What can only be described as 'elasticated sleeves'. I think they are often sold abroad for cycling, playing golf, hiking etc to protect arms from the sun. I'm struggling to find them other than a) from South Korea via Ebay or b) one single UK seller. To complicate things further, ideally she would like some with 'fingerless gloves' at the end...

Was particularly thinking viva might have did ideas, but all suggestions gratefully received! :D

One of my team (an attracttive 40 something russian woman) sometimes wears sleeves that are indepenant of the rest of the outfit. I thought it was an economy thing (could not afford whole jumpers) but as she is usually very elegant I made discreet enquiries and learned that she had bought them her last trip home.

Oops! It should have said "married to or living with" a Jew (or Catholic) to include NDG - unless she's got round to organising that wedding she was considering a while ago....maybe that's why she's too busy to post on here nowadays????
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)

living in Herts - I spent 5 days in about 1995 staying with my brother in St Albans while commuting into London for a course, but suspect that doesn't count

Of course it counts. Herts people are very friendly and inclusive. :)
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I should get one .... DM review of it in January says rrp £179. I've seen reports around t'Internet where people have got it "half price, £40", so the street price is closer to £80.

I should set our resident super shopper the challenge of finding it for me at £40 inc P&P. There's lovely.

DH has that toothbrush. Amazon had an offer on it just before Christmas for one day. It was £51. I have the next one down, which lets you know you're finished after two minutes anyway, so you don't need a timer. It does most of the same, but doesn't smile at you and make you clean your teeth in a Pavlovian manner. At the end of the day, do you need a Bluetooth toothbrush?

    Here's mine:

You can probably get it cheaper.
