    I've been Money Tipped!
    I was just p1ssed last night :o

I have always been susceptible to crying during films, and once at the end of a book about cricket, but adverts is new territory for me.

You said some thing the other day too, cannot remember what. Nothoing odd, don't panic, just remember being mildly surprised. I would have raised one eyebrow, but i cannot do that. I hate that i cannot raise one eyebrow, such a wonderful facial expression.

Well, we like it. It tastes different.

Skimmed milk is my main source of food really, i need water witha bit of protein floating about in it. :(. Luckily i like it. I take b vits (along with a whole load of other pills, to replace the amunt i cannot eat of a normal quota of mins and buts on a daily basis. I could of course never eat or drink any empty calories ever again, but ....really, i like them and when you cannot do loads of other stuff, having a piece of cake now and then is pretty mood lifting!

I'd quite like to live off cake and vitamin pills unfortunately the amount of cake I would need to eat to satisfy my enormous appetite I would be enormously fat.

Oops -my millennium bug stock may be a bit passed date by now then :eek

Funnily most of the coppers I have worked with have been on secondment to 'projects' to avoid (either on their initiative or that of their forces) normal policing and the shifts and have generally been looking for consultancy gigs with suppliers.

I can see why the older PCs would be like that but most of the ones I know are detectives which I think is probably better and stays interesting as you can move between branches every couple of years. I would certainly like it more anyway.

    Yeah, well......

Calorie hoarding doesn't work, but then when i tried eating 1000 calories a day for the hospital i put on two stone aswell, so hoarding works better for me. In all honesty, i don't feel hungry that often (in fact, apparantly this is common in the overweight) and feel nauseous long before i feel hungry, which is then a problem because you have to eat when you don't want to to stop the nasea, otherwise you just feel sicker and sicker.

The price of 'breaking' has been immense. I did not eat normally before, i am after all a woman whose looks were relevant to one carrer, and whose weight was important for another part of life and work. I do really well when eating about 500 calories a day regularly, but it makes me a pain to be around because i can never eat out or eat a normal meal. So, in many ways, though i know its unhealthy, calorie hoarding and eating pills works better for me. I wish i had more energy though, the thing i resent is that it gets laid down as fat so easily, but never released as energy.

Man near Barford, Avon's recently bought a house that backs onto the river .... and he bought a boat. Decided to take three kids out in the boat, in a swollen river, and it headed towards the weir..... and tipped over. So 2 missing kids and a man in the Avon now.

I think they are saying it's an auction business owner - they are naming him on the news, but I won't yet.

This is not very far from chez parents. The river here is not as high as it was, but is still quite swollen and looks pretty fast flowing. I hope this story has an ok ending...

Just been watching "I remember 1979" and realised that everybody from "Quadrophenia" still shows up on the Bill, Sherlock, EastEnders etc, over 30 years later.

Better still, it's showing bits of "Monkey" - one of the best TV series ever (wasted on the younger posters here ). :p
