Looks incredibly uncomfortable to sleep in, don't those adornments (!?!) get in the way?

No, because he doesn't sleep in it, just wears it to watch tv in, or feed horses in.

In fact having told him i had put a picture of it here he asked me to leave it near the top of the drawar so he can wear it this weekend.

It was in fact, :o, a t shirt of my mothers from the eighties before it was dh's pj top. He kind of thing you could only buy in the us. Or possibly nigeria.

We visited lir and didn't get kidnapped. Or even put in the corner and covered with a cloth. DD got soaked in the rain, and lir lent her a t-shirt while her own was drying in front of the wood burner. Does that count as being covered with a cloth? DD wasn't asked to stay in the corner while wearing it. :rotfl:

OK I have marked a few more questions for my A2 class, and am having a few minutes off to think about the slow progress I am making with my house. I've posted some pics and a request for advice about furnishings/decor "elsewhere". Replies welcome either here or there, but I feel happier putting the pics there. :)
That's just simple safety in numbers.... and creating an illusion of safety :)

If you'd been there longer DD'd have ended up in the corner....

Two things strike me here..... the dichotomy between something used for both watching tv and feeding horses, and..... what an interesting thought that something could only be bought in the US or Nigeria. :p

I don't think any one could kerp lydias dd in the corner! Tbh, no one could want too.

Lydia, i am probably wrong persone to ask, but i would paint walls darker, not as dark but same tone as the colour that is not red in the cushion fabric, or a warmer, cotswold stoney tan, but definitely not a yellowy tan.

Well, he might also wash up, or rub my feet in it, or do some light gardening, or painting, or boating onthe cake in it. We tend to feed (but not muck out) horses in what ever we are wearing at the time. The idea is that feeding is not dirty. Quite often the idea does not align with reality though.

I know it was bought in LA. the eighties were not a hod decade for my mother iirc, fashion wise. She discovered 'casual wear '. Which meant that sort of thing. Dh usually wears it with star covered fleece pj bottoms.

Its more presentable than the sheep suit. People don't know what to do with the sheep suit. It has two pairs of ears, and i think that confuses people.

    Edit. Hod should read good.

At least i can work out o from p tonight now. That was getting annoying and i could not work it out.

I'm sure Lir would realise your physics skills would enable you to escape [STRIKE]the temple of doom[/STRIKE] her cellar and deem it not worth the risk.

Others haven't been so lucky. Why do you think the pond water level is so high in a drought!

I'll be driving down that way on Sunday, head down and right foot planted! :D

I can't tell without trying of course, but i think i could pick him out of a flock. The suit also has a red and blue zigzag belt stitched on and a plaster on the backside. So unless all the sheep were wearing funking lambing monitors i might have a good chance. Also, i think he would come back if i a shook a bucket of food, like the rest of the sheep, but if i said 'biscuit' i thin he would react more than the others.
