Abolish taxation for insomniac broadband owners.
Ban mushrooms/make mushrooms the national dish.
Declare smallholdings to be tax havens.
National toll motorway system to bypass all existing motorways with NPs to have toll-free access as mystery motorway testers.
Unemployed to earn benefits by helping with home renovations to local worthy individuals.
Move House of lords to English Channel, then let go.
Local libraries to be built on every street corner.
All old music groups from the 70s/80s forbidden to disband.
Motor racing on every TV channel.

He had not tried the np run country.

Incidentally, italians i speak to seem somewhat ok with their situation now. And.....i know spaniards who would have liked franco back from the grave....
