Me! Can't understand how Jade got away with it, absolute shambolic team leader. Probably as Michael said, kept in for entertainment value as she is so annoying.
I agree. She looked like she was resigned to the fact and I think she talked up a bit and he took pity on her.
I guess he decided he wasn't going to have the other guy anyway so gave her another chance.
