I bet its heaving on the trains this evening anyway.

Luckily he has found a train to somewhere not far away leaving sooner, so he'll get that.....the dogs like that train station too, so while i would rather not use theetrol the oetrol costs pale next to another train ticket!

An overdue welcome aboard to Brallaqueen :T:beer:

I saw you lurking sometime ago and thought you'd posted here ages ago but I guess I'm wrong about that

I summarised the "rules" in a post to welcome yertiz a couple of months ago, but they're not hard rules to follow if you think you belong here (actually they're not rules at all but I don't know what to call the post):D.

yeah, yeah, look at you and all your female admirers, very clever!!

i still haven't received any unacceptably forward PMs since changing my avatar for a genuine photo of myself, which is surprising. perhaps viva doesn't know how to send PMs or something.

Some of us are so astounded by your exceptional beauty so much that we couldn't possibly muster the strength to approach you. I might, if you dropped a pound coin, ask if it was yours.

A friend has recommended her solar panel fitter (sorry Lydia) as has another friend (same fitter) so have asked them to quote.

Apparently you can get the EPC done after the solar panels are fitted but before you apply for your FIT, which can make scoring a D easier. All a bit risky though. Basically since the FIT tariff was reduced the cost of the panels have come down, so it still makes financial sense.

Doozer: quick question, who should I get to do a drawing for a front porch that should be permitted development? Is there someone who can do a drawing that won't charge me crazy money that architects want or I don't have a choice? We had an estimate for a front porch and it was £2k for the build and maybe £1k for the groundwork (ish) so we are hoping to get it done....
