If you don't like cartoons or don't watch the Simpsons, or your brain isn't wired that way you may not see that. It still might not make sense, but hopefully it will at least a bit now. My brain isn't wired to be an SEO genius, we all have a different skill-set.
I understood the first one once it was pointed out to me - I did watch 5 minutes of the Simpsons once. I got Asterix and Obelix, but I read a few of the books when they first came out.
The rest, as I say, I'd never/barely heard of.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Had loads of offers.... 3 have gone to market to try to sell so they could buy it, one's praying and crying nightly to find a replacement buyer so he can continue to buy it ... and now these two. And there are others that I've forgotten. Almost offers daily... just many thought we'd wait for them.
There's plenty of interest, so it will happen; it's just a matter of time.
And I bet you know what all the comparables have gone for, so you'll have priced it right.
I posted over at the other place last week to say our old garden is sold.....£20k. This doesn't alter the fact that we sold our house too cheaply, but not so cheaply as those looking on Nethouseprices will think! :rotfl:0 -
Yay! Congrats Davesnave, haven't popped by the other place for a while so hadn't heard. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Dh got first feed back from current position today. They are really, really pleased with him. Dh asked for some constructive critism of areas he could deliver better, but they said there just wasn't anyway and to believe them they had tried to find some! Dh reassured them that they'll probably find some soon, and he wanted to know so he could continue to meet their expectations. They particularly remarked on dh's capacity to take work, to deliver and his intrapersonal skills, which, they are bowled over by
and said they had not expected. Dh had a celabratory waitrose black pudding scotch egg, which he highly recommends, and is being taken out to dinner by the team to celebrate whata good egg he is. hopefully rhey won't wrap him in black pudding and breadcrumbs.

I live in a rural county too. It's not about what kind of person they are according to where they live. If they want the house they will pay a top price for it. You are obliged to find that price and they will a) not offer it up first and b) tell you when you've got there. Anyone who wants it genuinely, would not walk away because the vendor negotiated. You say thanks very much, I was looking for a bit more actually, have you got more? It's not even you that does it, it's the EA and it's their job to make the negotiation involve as little pain as possible. If they think that there is a bit more in it, they will go for it.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Ouch... Just saw that Dallas is under tornado watch. It is extremely bad news when tornadoes hit big centres of population like this. There is a warning over the DFW airport at the moment. Scary. I hope everyone there is hunkered down and safe. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
