Doozer, i wish you would stop posting pictures of your work, it makes me cross that you and h live too far to be my team for the wreck. You and i would have great fun decorating.

I know we would. And I'd have loved to get my hands on your wreck :)

Does that mean you get "hit on" more on here than in real life? :)

I don't get hit on in either. Which is fine by me:D

The crazy thing is that house wouldn't be massively cheaper (maybe 20% lower) in my area either and this is generally a lower cost area.

Edit: On second thoughts it's hard to see how big the property is.

I get the lego cartoon figures but don't know them all.

Did you sell it in that condition Doozer?

    You did ok
for owning it for 1 year 7 months but I guess you did a lot of work to it.

Yes, they haven't changed a thing, even the big Ikea light in the lounge.
    We did this to it:

I need pastures to pour scorn on these for me

I love them, but they are a lot, and i cannot see a thread count mentioned.

Our 'best' set of bed linen is looking a bit tatty, it has sequins (i know all the noys will have already recoiled in horror) which have lts their sparkle and gone clear on the duvet cover. When we decorate our bedroom i might put one of the expensive quilts my mother gave us in the bed permanantly, so could ditch the duvet most of the year and just have sheets.

I really like the finish you created there and the kitchen and living areas look really nice.

I'm not a fan of those type of baths (just personal taste) and I don't think the bedrooms are as big as I'd like but you did a fantastic job with it.

And so you should be proud :T

For that amount of money I would expect them to quote a thread count figure. Is there a way you can raise a query?
