agree. and i reckon dog dog will eat the new passport.

on the subject of destroyed passports (which i have just created out of nothing), my oh has put mine through the washing machine twice.

the second time was particularly galling, as i'd only had the new one i had to pay £100 or whatever for, for about 2 months. we arrived in australia, and she put my jeans in the machine machine, destroying the passport on the first day. luckily it got me back into the country, and then i had to fork out another £100...

i didn't speak to her at all for 24 hours.

You're blaming her, when it is you that didn't put the passport in the "safe place" or even the "very safe place"!

and you repeat the mistake, and the blame 2 months later!!!

Have to say though, here jeans not used for horses etc easily go two months without washing them....

too right i'm blaming her. i keep my wallet and my car keys in my jeans as well, which live on the floor in a crumpled mess. i can only think of two occassions when she's washed my jeans and i probably don't need to provide much more detail on what happened. once was understandable, twice was ridiculous (especially given i asked her not to do it again after the first time).

the only saving grace was that my car keys happened to be in my suitcase. if she'd done it at home and the car keys had been destroyed, there would have been an intercontinental war.

Malcolm likes some mushrooms but not others. Chewy's girlfriend is a saint, and some of us like passports more than internet and that more than sex but less than chocolate, but i think kost would give up coffee if pushed. I got lost during that one tbh.

It never rains in Sicily. There's a parasite devastating palms (v sad). Absolutely wonderful, love Italy and Italians, even if Palermo resembles a third world country.

Feeling a bit chilled now though, been 22+ every day in the sunshine.

Ask away, don't know if I'm an expert. There is a thread on nail addicts who may know more.

Just wanted to say that I am very happy today. Got a bargain pair of Ferragamos for work - not library work I hasten to add where I tend to wear anything under £40 but for consultancy. Oh my feet are going to love them. Divine.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
