Two isnot a factor, they are telling people very early, so the right time for a gift. But do think it risks 'interpretation' as a gift, which i seek to avoid. Just a nice straightforward nice person gift...no interpretation possible.

Sounds too complicated. Just get her an Xbox game or some cuff links.

I think if everybody in my family died this year and I got all I was due I'd not have to worry about it .... depending in which order people die you get different amounts, so if the BIL goes first then you get most... but if the siblings go then the BIL can end up with a lot of it.

I could spreadsheet it ... then google for "easy ways to bump people off to order" :)

I think if they all went tomorrow, in the right order... so I maxed out on "luck", I'd have enough to be able to stop posting here, buy a small house at the seaside and start having activities and a few small holidays :) Without fear the money'd run out.

That's the trouble with money and longevity - you don't know how much you'll need.

Would it be worth buying your BIL a hang glider for Xmas?

!!!!!! hunter? Doesn't sound fun. Unless its todo with mushrooms.

I have made a really yummy supper. Which is were my recipe but its not, though have had to adapt one ingrediant. The smell is to die for and my appley grapefruitey lunch plan doesn't appeal as much as it did before supper was simmering.

I have to drive the [STRIKE]bus[/STRIKE] courtesy car to go and get some odds and ends and do a charity shop run, but i am putting it off. I am not in love with our car, but have reappreciated what a doddle it is to drive compared to a tank.

    I just googled milfhunter, wish I hadn't.

The sites looked dodgy so I didn't click on them.

Then I had to google !!!!!! as I still didn't know what the acronym stood for.

    .....now I do.

Need to work out how to delete history on the iPad, he's been working away this week and very kindly left the iPad at home. If he looks at the web history when he comes back he'll wonder what has been going on.

I haven't got a clue how to delete history on the ipad. I keep thinking maybe i should read the instructions. It is very much easier for me to use. But i am not writing on it much becuas ei have no programme for wp on it. Long hand, which is a pain if i write anything good one day.
