I'm now completely confuzzled.....but then that is nothing new!

Been one of those days today, started it off by dropping my mobile into a cup of tea, then being told by the physio that he can do no more for my shoulder and it is up to the big hospital I go, then the cat getting out and leading me a merry dance up to the end of the (very long) garden, bashing my other shoulder against the door when said cat escaped (twice). All this on top on what has been a bad pain day....

Oh well, tomorrow will hopefully be better, well today now...

So sorry to hear that Sue. Hope today is a huge improvement.
    (((hugs)))

CK - I'm so sorry to hear that bad things are happening to you, even if I don't entirely understand. I get that somebody has posted something nasty as if it's from you. But is this somebody who is geographically where you are, who got at your computer when you left it logged in, or somebody who has hacked into your account and can log in as you remotely whenever they want to?

I try not to put anything on here that would enable any internet nutters to track me down. I used to try not to put anything that would enable people I know IRL to recognise me, but I gave up on that idea when I realised it would mean I couldn't tell the NP about "the accident". I wanted the support of the NP, both in general and in particular for the process of buying a house with the life insurance.

Talking of the accident, every so often when there are new NP, I explain what LNE stands for so they can understand what I'm on about. He was my late-nearly-ex husband, who left me and filed for divorce, but hadn't actually got as far as a decree absolute when he was killed in a road accident.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

I spent this afternoon watching 8ft tall rats (meant to be bears I think) playing punk versions of nursery rhymes. That was very strange.

I do leave some breadcrumbs on who i am on here, most of you know enough. I might however, go back and delete some of my postings as I'm now more visible in my field. :(

Well, that was an enjoyable breakfast... randomly picked up 4 "batons with onion" reduced at the Co-Op last night, just 10p each.... so sliced them all in half and put into the freezer, except one. So breakfast this morning has been: Onion baton filled with egg/salad cream :) And very tasty it was too.

Got half an indian for tea, picked one up last night, but one curry and one rice is too much, so I stopped half way.... it's that eternal struggle... do I stop half way when I am full and have another meal for tomorrow, -or-, do I plough on until absolutely fit to burst, leaving just 4 spoons left for the next day, which isn't enough for a meal.... this time I was strong enough to stop at half.

Another clue - you also have a small holding and all that shrub removal you have talked about has resulted in reduced privacy. You see it is so easy to track people down when you listen to what they say :)

Seriously! With looks like that you have no chance.

If the panel had been women you'd be into your second week by now ;)

It was all women (all over 40 as well which is my normal target audience).

If only George dated women of his own age or slightly younger. Fat chance! Still, I remain in the vain hope that he has already dated one Hertfordshire woman and there may be room for another.

Dawkins annoys me, I read his "god delusion" book about a year ago. I am very atheist, but he is so smug and conceited and patronising about it.

If you had to choose between being stuck in a lift with Starkey or Dawkins who would it be?

I suspect if an atheist got stuck with either, or worse, both of them, if they listened carefully they might hear a celestial chiuckling sound from on high.:rotfl:

OT how many NPs apart from me have never lived in Hertfordshire or owned a smallholding?
