Sorry to hear that CK. It might be locking the door when the horse has bolted but you could go back to older posts and edit them to anonymise your family and make it less easy for people to cause such trouble in the future. Try looking up one of your family's names using the thread search facility to speed things up.

We're all happy to use pseudonyms here and talk about DD1 and DW etc. and we never probe for personal details. You've spent a lot of time on threads where real life names are used more than I'd think wise. There's enough nutters out there without making it any easier for them to cause trouble

Well that would require me to quit my job which is not so easy with a young family but I do seriously need to think about what I would rather be dong with my life as I am not enjoying what I am doing.

I’ve voluntarily put myself under investigation and am awaiting the outcome.

This has been taken into mind.

    I’m actually really scared now!

Be careful what you wish for. 11 years ago I grudgingly took up a 3 month contract at £1000/week.... I was then offered a 3 month contract on the next (and final) stage. Begrudged every minute of that 6 months, contract ended, headed home, bought a sun lounger, sat in the garden over the weekend .... and then the market promptly crashed and I've never got back into that type of work ever again.

We’re in the same game here. A lot of our contracts are for a few months, which is fine until there’s no visible work, usually from the last big contract of the year (late Nov/early Dec) to early Feb.

I’ve accounted for this when people are booking holiday leave now, and we tend to find that it’s my department that faces this, rather than the other one.

I’ve also found that advertising a 20% discount (on prices inflated by 20%) in October sees us sailing through, but I never said that :o

PN if its any consolation I have no idea what is going on or indeed what is going on to who as I'm not sure I've met our new guest before.

I erroneously assumed that our new little friend had left their PC unguarded and a naughty passer by, probably past bedtime, had got onto the keyboard and typed something akin to: UR NOBS ALL UR NICE BELONGZ 2 US.

    I was clearly completely wrong.

I'd be useless at a murder mystery weekend, I'd be off looking for cheesecake somewhere.... and if I found it, I'd probably move/use the essential murder weapon evidence to eat that.

You were along the right lines on that one PN, it’s just a bit more serious than that. I’ve had various online problems including (but in no way limited to, from what we’ve already worked out) website hacking, malicious messages to business contacts and MSE gossip on the fact, including my poor, innocent self to be accused of fraud and gross misconduct.

    Night nice people

I'm now completely confuzzled.....but then that is nothing new!

Been one of those days today, started it off by dropping my mobile into a cup of tea, then being told by the physio that he can do no more for my shoulder and it is up to the big hospital I go, then the cat getting out and leading me a merry dance up to the end of the (very long) garden, bashing my other shoulder against the door when said cat escaped (twice). All this on top on what has been a bad pain day....

Oh well, tomorrow will hopefully be better, well today now...
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I spent this afternoon watching 8ft tall rats (meant to be bears I think) playing punk versions of nursery rhymes. That was very strange.
