i finally decided to make some use of the ignore function today. it's an evolving science, but i've decided to block all the trolls, and all the people who reply to the trolls. threads are much quicker to read these days.
i need to decide whether to also block all the people who reply to the people who reply to the trolls.0 -

does anyone think it would be worth paying a garden designer to help me design my garden? I know what I want but am not nearly knowledgable enough to pick the "right" plants, and obv the difficult hard landscaping bits0

Bear with me, I'm new(ish) here!
click on the name
select "view public profile"
select "user lists"
select "add to ignore list"
and their posts are blocked. of course you can still see that it is there - you get a box saying "you cannot see this post because [insert troll name] is on your ignore list".
however, if someone else replies to [insert troll name] and quotes the blocked post, you can still see it, so you have to block them as well!0
