tinker tailor solider spy went a bit like this:
1 minute before the start:
her: "what's this film about"
me: "cold war spy stuff"
her: "what's the cold war"
me: "oh my giddy aunt"
2 minutes in:
her: "what's going on"
me: "are you serious??"
5 minutes in:
her: "zzzzz"
me: "praise the lord"

Expensive morning.....exhaust fell off car and the result is a £108 repair bill.
Bank of mum and dad to the rescue....We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Property information forms.... bl00dy endless. And as it wasn't my house I'm having to leave some blanks and will have to spend some time ploughing through files/paperwork to try to get the answers. Even stuff like the name/address/telephone number of every utility bill's beyond my knowledge.
And replacement windows etc... one, but need to find out the date for the form - it's all in the files... somewhere.
I think the forms, checking details, pulling together any reports/receipts, then collecting the EPC/paying for it and taking the whole lot to the conveyancer will end up a 5-6 hour set of work.... tomorrow.0 -

Its quite acceptable to say "not known". Your conveyancer can easily attach note saying, "it is the sale of a deceased's property, as such the seller has not lived in the property and therefore the answers to many questions are not known." When I last sold, my solicitor removed some of my answers and wrote "the buyer should rely on their own enquiries".I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. We watched "The Sting" last night. I was told that I couldn't ask questions until the end
I thought we were going to be watching something featuring the Sting from Police, so I was very confused initially.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I thought it looked that way in the film, but it didn't in the book.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Dh often misses the feeling behind things in books or films. I find this utterly intriguing becuase he is incredibly sensitive and caring, but finds fictional implied emotion hard to comprehend.0

Trying to work out if that's Beeny on Doctors (BBC1). I'm 100% sure it is, but it seems bizarre if she is.... so trying to google it.0

Early this morning we had a couple of sackfuls of rubbish hurled from the road into our field. After clearing them up, I'm confused.
The owner of the rubbish:- recycles
- picks up their dog poo
- shops in expensive places
- isn't on any electoral register in Devon
However, I know a daft b*gger who might have decided to do just that. I told DW not to interfere in man arguments, but would she listen?0
