i reported it under misleading titles, i wouldnt mind but i only picked up on it because that it said it had the 'battery cover' missing :rolleyes:

if i didnt already have this phone i wouldnt know that the battery cover was actually the battery!

i just hope ebay pull it before anyone falls into his trap :eek:

You ask why they do it, the answer is simple, they do it because believe it or not there are still people who would buy an item without ever having read the auction details. This scam relies on people being TSFE.

The feedback rating and th elow overall feedback should be enough to get any seasoned buyer double checking the small print before committing themselves.

For reporting purposes, it is a wrongly categorised item.

I emailed him and asked whether he thought it was right to sell a dummy phone. His reply "hello i don't think it's misleading it does say its a dummy at the top as well every thing in the advert is true".

So a dummy phone has bluetooth does it!

Only thing ok about whole listing is the title, as it only mentions modle no, it never actually says phone, but totally wrong catergory and description is false.

But some people still fall for it, unfortunatley
