If you get it back after one letter then yes
but I have paid out over £5 in recorded delivery letters to natwest and it did not get as far as the FOS.
It could end up costing you more to send letters than you are claiming

yes people have claimed back the £12 charges, it all depends how far you want to go
Worth trying making a claim, thats the reduced fee but as the bank pay like a £1 at most when someone goes overdraft or similar, its still not a fair charge.

Hello all, I hope I can ask this question in this thread.
I am just getting set up with my tesco clubcard credit card. I am however a little unsure as to the dates when everything will happen.
1. Is there a fixed date when tesco send out their monthly statement?
2. How long have I got before I make my repayment?
3. Ive set up a direct debit to clear the balance in full each month. I set the direct debit up for 27th day of the month. However my online account tells me I wont pay this direct debit until 2nd August. Is this because direct debit takes 4 working days to reach tesco?
I really appreciate your help with this!
