    cannot find my photos I think I have cleaned up the computer too much over last 48 hours as I have also restored the computer to before I opened the attachment on the email :( never mind.

    I need to see a copy of your MBR. I'll PM you my email address for you to send it me. MBRCheck that ran successfully last time needs to be on your desktop.

    Press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open a Run command box. Copy and paste the contents of the codebox below into the run box, then click OK : 
    • "%userprofile%\desktop\MBRCheck.exe" -s 0 -d "%userprofile%\desktop\dump.dat"
    • A command type window will open.
    • In a short while, a new text file will appear on your desktop named MBRCheck_Date_Time.txt
    • A file named Dump.dat will be created.
    • press 'N' on your keyboard, then press 'enter'
    • Click enter again on your keyboard and the window will close.
      • Locate Dump.dat on your desktop.
      • Right click Dump.dat and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) Folder
      • Copy/paste the contents of MBRCheck_Date_Time.txt in your next reply
      • email me Dump.zip

    Unfortunately yes, you have the variant of TDL4 that alters the partition table. http://blog.eset.com/2011/10/18/tdl4-rebooted
