Just getting a little nervous thats all. Nothing for almost three days, it is a long wait, that is for sure. Just one email, one way or the other..........

Hi beclee, got your PM. Can not reply for an hour due to security restrictions on the site, and I have to go out now, but I will reply a bit later on tonight if that is alright.
Cheers and congratulations0 -
For those with provisional offers, do we provide one employment reference and one personal reference? or two employment references?
The instructions given are confusing given there are only able to give two references. Any ideas?0 -

APPLICANTS SHOULD ACCEPT ONE PROVISIONAL OFFER ONLY LIKE IF YOU WERE INVITED TO MORE THAN ONE INTERVIEW.
Its common sense!!!
Why are you accepting 4 job offers when you can only have one job.
Why are you accepting 2 job offers when you can only have one job.
What is happenging is that they will send out the office location expecting you to turn up then you will reject it and show how unprofessional you are.
Just like the interview stage...you accept one interview location.
Jesus christ dwp have made a complete mess of this. Jobs being handed out to people who have offers elsewhere its not a University application.
the guy on the recruitment line just realized that hypothetically you could have 50 people accepting provisionall offers in Nottingham but they all go of and work in derby LOL
ONE JOB - ACCEPT ONE OFFER.STOP BEING SELFISH
STOP SCAREMONGERING
If you had been offered more than one offer you would take it and so would I.
So stop trying to bully, what will be will be.
Leave it alone0 -

I am on the reserve list. I am desperate to be offered a post, but it doesn't say anywhere that people can't accept all of their provisional offers. They were better than me on the day, scored higher marks and got offers.
Not everybody can travel to the furthest ends of their dictrict. I can travel anywhere in BC but not to South B'ham.
I hope this situation sorts itself out in the end but blaming those who have been lucky enough to secure a post is not the answer.
Good luck everybody!0 -

50 people accept offer in east anglia.
25 of those 50 accept other offers and work somewhere else.
25 jobs lost that what happened in 2009 as they just recruit internally.
The email with job offer advises you to accept the job offers you want to... I live closer to Loughborough than any of the Northern Notts offices and any of the Lincs offices which is why I would accept both as I may not be offered an office I can travel to in Notts district... You would do the same so you need to get off your high horse, its not any of our faults that you didn't get the office you wanted, we worked hard for our offers and deserve them...0 -

I am hoping that this is what the reserve list was set up for?!?!:)0 -

Because some people can only get to certain offices in certain areas - exactly like YOU.

And then 50 people on the reserve list in Nottingham are made an offer. What's selfish about that???
What you don't seem to appreciate is that, when people are made their offer via telephone and they know what office it is for, they will make their decision then this will free up the other offers they had accepted (in principle) and DWP will start to work down the reserve list.
It aint rocket science is it?
