This is exactly the same for my partner with a score of 25.

Wonder if this is a reserve list place???

Did you apply to just Birmingham or BC too? I have applied for BC and I have still not heard anything nor has my status changed.

I applied to B&S, BC and Staffs/Shrops - BS was my 'home' district. BC and SS status still says 'situation test complete'.

Yes it means that you are in the waiting list as I too have the same status shown. Hopefully we are still in running tho.
