5,7,7,7,6 on the application and 5,5,6,5,4 on the interview. Doe's anyone think that'll be good enough?

    Good luck everyone

It's a pass so it might well be but it's impossible to say how well the other people being interviewed in the roles will be. You will see some fairly high scores in here but this forum might not be a truly representative sample of the people they are interviewing.

Minimum for you should be the waiting list but you could well be on the merit.

    quicks questions.

in the CHARACTER AND CRIMINAL RECORD DECLARATION FORM, do you tick an option for "May we get in touch with the court" even if you ticked "no" for the previous question.

Also Pensions Questionnaire, what will you put as your "When are you starting work".

    thanks

Let them get in touch with court and put tbc in pensions questionnaire.

I had my interview yesterday. I saw the lead interview write 5,4,3 ( he asked 3 of the questions) down the side of his paper alongside the competency headings- are these my scores? My adviser says the two interviewers have to agree scores after interview so they are probably how many of the sub headings within each competency that i covered. I am not so convinced.

    Would really apprecite any advice.

Just to confirm - is the CRB form going to be filled out at the interview?
The list of documents doesn't link to a copy.

Yes, you fill it out after your intertview :-)

I agree, the interviewers would need to discuss your scores. They told me that at my interview. I dont think they are actual markings. I wouldnt worry too much about it...;)

    1. you are right, you wont be asked about this one.

    2. The chances are the question will relate to one of the main bullet points, however for your example to be really strong it would be expected for you to touch on most of the small sub bullet points across the whole of that specific competency. Dont stress too much if you cant tick them all, some of them are really specific (like mentioning diversity or finance) which a lot of people wouldnt have. You should still be able to meet a lot of them though.

Thanks for all this info. My only feedback for the comp where I got a 6 said I needed to ellaborate more on finance! (Which I couldn't really do and I am struggling as to how I am going to for the interview!)

Got North London interview email at 8am this morning. Booked an afternoon slot on 10th.

The checking process seems a little over the top for a position such as this - asking for all your records and then permission to talk to HRMC to check! Most of my records were lost in a house move last year, so I'm going to have fun!

Oh well - let's see what Saturday brings, but I have pretty much abandoned hope now with all of this petty paperwork requirement.
