    Thought I would post it in all it's glory. Has anyone else had one like this. Not the scores obviously the layout.

    I wonder if someone got lazy and just wanted to get their sifting done double quick and did this to many applications - hoping that it would go un-noticed. The fact there is no comment for any of them is telling IMHO. I only had a short line of comment for each of mine but at least it was something. I'd wait and see what your other sift scores are - I strongly suspect they will be much better than the ones you received here.

    I would definitely complain about that. It's the sort of effort a person would make just to get the app marked whilst rushing through it. Nobody deserves a string of 1s with no comments at all like that. Management should be appalled their staff are doing that.

    If you're already in the DWP, what is your union saying about the situation? Sometimes, they can be useful as well.

    Absolutely disgusting mom really feel for you. Especially as you say you are doing the job. Cant help feel I may be in the same boat as you am on a perm contract as an eo but want to transfer to another office for a change and nearer home but lo and behold had transfers blocked for the last 2 years. HAD to apply externally go through all the process that i did 3 years ago when i applied for external promotion from an AO to EO. Cant help but think they dont want internal people for some reason in some areas. will feedback to you when i get my sift scores through if i ever do.

    Chin up hun and dont let it beat you. Ask your line manager when you go into work next eh? Not that they would prob do much but if one thing even if I do get through shall be feeding back on this whole farce and the way its been handled cos its been a joke

    Others in my office have applied and I wish them well as I do anyone else that gets through. It is the process I am cross with and I truly believe no-one has bothered to read my comps. I only work part time and have had this week off so it will be Wednesday before I am in the office by which time we should have had the emails to confirm things one way or the other. If my other scores are ok then that will be ok with me as they are in areas I would prefer but if the Brum score is just carried over I will be causing a bit of a fuss.

    Mine is like this - and has been since Tuesday. I've asked recruitment helpline why I have scores but no feedback and they just keep saying that some have put scores on and will do comments later? Later when? When they've had time to make something up? How can you score and not say how or why?

    I have a question - does anyone who has 'passing' scores (at least 4 and above for all' work for the DWP currently? Only people I have seen so far have been true 'external' applicants, might be wrong though...:think:

    I applied to all 4 London districts....and still heard nothing back :( An earlier poster mentioned that London applications will not be sifted using competencies, but I know someone who works in a London office, and last week, staff were doing w/e overtime marking comps...

    I said one of the London districts, not necessarily all and I would rather not reveal which one isn't publically.

    I may have missed one but I'm not sure I've seen a single post with from a London applicant who has received a competency score.

    I am a current employee and have scored over 4 in all of mine - whether that is enough to pass or not I have no idea

    Process: you email/letter you MP and put a complain- he contacts CS and responds to you with their response, you reply to their comments and they respond to your comments....( in my case it went on and on and so on....perpetual until I fed up)

    Ah, thanks. I think I'll do that - I have plenty of stamina all the same, they'll get fed up before I do. :D

    Hi everyone

    Been lurking like so many others!

    Finally have my scores through from S.Yorks today 3,4,1,3,2 - absolutely no chance.

    I was a Personal Adviser at JCP for 2 years on a fixed term contract until last June. I was good at my job. I always tried to help my customers and I got some great feedback from my manager.

    I completely agree with the recent comments about the recruitment process. Two of the competencies I used this time were the same two that got me the EO job in the first place. However, this was face to face at interview. So I can only draw the conclusion that because I am rubbish (obviously!) at writing competencies, I am no longer good enough to do the job?!

    No disrespect to anyone who got good scores! I wish you all well. By the time the lucky ones are in post you will have done incredibly well!!!
