I called the help line today, the person was very helpful and outlined where to get the feedback on the online test etc... He said these scores are normally secondary to the competencies scores. He said mine hadnt been looked at yet.

Also mentioned that the London and Glasgow areas are the two areas with the highest applications and will take longer to get to the final stage of interviews etc.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrreat..... Mine is in the Glasgow area, with 4,4,4,6,4 and 94% online test, I pretty much passed by the skin of my teeth I reckon *sigh* Ah well, time will tell.....

Just wish it wasnt such a long drawn out process!!!!

prob save your time ive rang up on 2 different occasions and they tell you should be on by the end of week or beginning of next. More non specific help lol. They dont even ask what area you have applied to or anything. Just very generic in their answering. Good luck though, although if you get any more info would be much appreciated

    x

Thanks but it wasn't me that was going to ring, it was Cosb, I was just replying :)

Maybe they were doing the highest scoring tests first or something. Hope this isnt a bad sign as really want this job!

I also applied for West Scotland and I haven't heard anything for that.
  • I think all regions were doing the highest scoring tests first and, if there weren't enough candidates to interview after marking the competencies then they were looking at those who scored lower on the sift test until they got the required number to interview.

What percentile mark did you get for the sift test?

A girl in my section received 73% on the online test and received her feedback yesterday, whereas another girl I know scored 82% and still hasnt heard anything.
It cant be getting done in alphabetical order either, because I heard first and my surname is in between them......

Perhaps they are marking them in order of submission?
