I'm pretty sure I met at least half of that, definitely met:
And there are a few more that I probably met too but not so certain about those.
I would contact the recruitment line then and ask if there is a way that your competencies could be looked at again because you disagree with the scoring, or that you want additional feedback because you think you already met the standard required.
Thats what I would personally do, but thats just me......

Ahh, but I've just noticed a critical error - I used 'we' instead of 'I' a few times. I'm so used to the emphasis being on team work! !!!!!!!
I know, I did that with my leadership one, think thats why they said it was just a general job description I gave.... its really difficult to focus on yourself when writing about team work etc.....0 -

I will try to appeal [don't know if i can?], and I'll post it here, but only after all my applications have been sifted. I'm still waiting to hear if my Black Country or B'ham marks will be used for Staffs/Shrops.
And, if my B'ham marks aren't even high enough to secure an interview then I might not even appeal...:(0 -

If you take out the sub-headings then DWP basically want you to cover all these points [which make up 389 words] in 200 words! lol :rotfl:

that will be why I scored 1! ARRGGGHHHH! :-(
But at least you now know where you possibly went wrong, sometimes I think even that can be a sense of relief. Learn from the mistake and next time Im sure you will wipe the floor clean with your competancies :-)

I managed to get 7's for the two 5's with the same competencies in a different area!!!
Building Capability - Behavioural Rating 5
Building Capability - Behavioural Comment Good acceptable evidence.
Delivering a Customer Focused Service - Behavioural Rating 5
Delivering a Customer Focused Service - Behavioural Comment Good example of sharing best practices/customer service
Leading - Behavioural Rating 7
Leading - Behavioural Comment Demonstrates strong leading capabilities most of the time.
Managing People and Performance - Behavioural Rating 7
Managing People and Performance - Behavioural Comment Good evidence of managing conflicts and improving the business.
Operational Delivery - Delivering a Professional Service Rating 4
Operational Delivery - Delivering a Professional Service Comment Example could have been more specific.
