Yay I got on the course and start next week:j:j:j:j"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

I was thinking about beginning a kind of 'blog' about mindfulness, what does everyone think? I have never done anything like that before but would really like to document my experiences and have somewhere where people can discuss their own experiences as I have done a search for general mindfulness forums and haven't found anything as yet. Let me know what you think.
Sounds good . Do you mean a blog on this forum or something seperate?"Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -

Oh No indeed!
Sounds great, I'll be a dropper in."Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -

I look forward to reading it, and might even start a blog to help myself. It's serendipity that I saw the course yesterday, and got on it in the nick of time:D:D:D"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

I would encourage you to do it too, journalling in any form is really therapeutic. Looking forward to hearing about how you get on at the course, sounds really exciting!0 -

Excellent! I think what I'll find most difficult is adhering the writing to an audience as opposed to the general rubbish I write in my journal (when I can be bothered to do so). Hope you've had a mindful week. My mind has been pretty wild today for some reason.0 -
