  • what kind of vouchers are they?
Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)
  • what kind of vouchers are they?
    Amazon vouchers
  • I ordered the "boots" vouchers.... \I am having a baby soon - so they could come in very handy!! Waiting patiently for the postman to arrive every day - still no sign of them!!

Surely it's O2's own responsibility and mistake that they sent out extra vouchers. I personally wouldn't even bother sending them back.

    Yep agreed with that.
I am not on O2, so have no idea about this promotion.
But if O2 sent you the vouchers, then that is their fault.
They should not expect people to waste their own time posting them back.
If O2 want them back so much, then they can get them collected themselves.
  • Just send it back if you aint going to use it whats going to happen...

sent them back but now more have turned up! taking the micky! I cant be doing with keeping going to the post office in my break

I see its made the news in Gizmodo, Techeye and Bitterwallet
  • I got another £120 today
  • I'm with the group that says just keep hold of them for the time being (but never spending them of course) and return them whenever you happen to be using a Post Office counter in the future.

The vouchers have a value, so I certainly wouldn't be posting them off without proof of posting, and there is no reason why you should have to go to any special effort to return them - if O2 wanted you to go to any special effort to return them, they would have promised some nominal recompense for doing it.

I dare say Amazon couchers can be inactivated by Amazon if asked, although will they is another matter.
