Same here,but if it's a Special Curry or anything containing prawns,I will remove them first & eat them before I freeze the rest of the meal.I paid for that once when I ate a special curry with the prawns still in it after defrosting & was sick as a dog for days!

mine are usually veggie, dont get prawns very often but will remember to eat them before freezing
