4 Binbags full out the house today. I feel lighter already. Bathroom clean and shiney, I am practically an Angel! Or maybe an angle...

Right then this flying stuff needs to be done seriously to level 3 each day till the end of Jan cos I dunno wot happened to my home over Xmas but every room is a tip!

Gonna devote 3 hours every morniing to it, till home not hovel is restored. Afternoons will be devoted to job huntng.

    Extras:-
I've set myself the target of at least 1 bin bag per day of clutter out of the house each day Mon-Fri whether it be ebayed, charity shop or bin. The flat wouldn't be such a mess if there wasn't so much "stuff". The old "you can't tidy clutter" applies to me .

I want to move house in 2013 and need to redecorate later this year so this is a priority for me. I refuse to take my school books from 30 years ago with us when we move lol! I think the whole moving process will be easier if I only pay to transport the stuff we actually need.
  • 'Ello.

Swept and vacuumed all downstairs this afternoon, cleared Minion's school junk, mucked out cats, WM, DW, TD, bins, degrotted the sofas and throws, everything except polish the glass stuff and completely clear the coffee table and small bookcases.

3 hours later, sitting with my JD & Ginger with Kerraang Radio on for a change, and Minion gets back, comes in the front door, bringing her dad with her, to show him a couple of her presents.

It's quite a smug feeling that the place didn't look like a bombsite, although I probably did, as I was in black jeans, clumpy suede boots, wearing a Ramones T shirt with the silver and black eyeliner I wore last night smudged round my eyes, my hair up in a bunch and still yawning!

Will make a point of vacuuming upstairs in the morning.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Good to see you back, Piggers! It makes a change from the place being under a sea of gibble and carp if he sets foot inside.

But then again, I suppose if it looks like I've been out living the old rock n roll lifestyle , that can't be too bad, either. As the peak of his weekend was apparently the OH baking a lemon cake for him :D

I think I might just to wander off and murderise the Ninja Kitten. The other cats are all sitting on sofas and the coffee table staring at me as thought to say 'tell him!'. His body clock is worse than mine.

Oh, no need. He has come to me, and is currently wrapped around my foot trying to remove my toe. And the other cats breathe a sigh of relief at seeing this and relax back down to sleep. Nice to know whose side they're on.

Yesterday's washing up has been out away, and the bathroom windowsill and window frame cleaned. Some of the tiles have been done... I have about 15 minutes before I have to head out and meet a friend for a walk, so will open the curtains and do a bit more in the bathroom!
  • I'm back in, didn't really follow the lists last week as I was swapping rooms around, but I did get a lot done. This week I'll be working on the whole house and try and get myself a little organised. Should be easier now the cherubs are back to school today.
