I thought while I was get sheets etc out for my bed I'd give the airing cupboard a quick tidy, I've thrown out some scratchy face cloths and paired all the sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers together in their sets and have found I'm missing a double sheet and a single sheet  I have no idea where they can be cos I'm up to date with my washing ???
DD2 is finally in bed and DD1 has decided to have a bath, meaning she'll be disturbing DD2 when she's finished
DC2 is asleep on my bed so I'm delaying making my bed cos he looks so cute :) I'll put my washing away first :D

I'm back in again this week. All kids now well sleeping (fingers crossed Rhys sleeps all night). DS1 was great tonight he gave a hand tidying, he put towels away, rubbish in the bin, clothes in the washing basket, cleared the livingroom floor, he did loads and said he enjoyed helping..
Now to get the rest trained up. ;)

Right i think i'm sorted for tomorrow so i'm heading to bed, hopefully i don't sleep in again..:D
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    175g softened butter
    175g caster sugar
    grated zest of 2 lemons
    3 large eggs
    225g SR flour

    Drizzle

    100ml lemon juice
    100g caster sugar

Preheat oven to 180C and line the tin.

Beat together the butter, sugar and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after adding each one then fold in flour.

Pour mix into the tin and bake for 45 mins.

While the cake is in the oven add the lemon juice to the sugar to make the drizzle. Leave in a warm place and stir occasionally.

When the cake is ready leave it in the tin and pierce with a skewer and drizzle the lemon mix over the cake. Leave the cake to cool and absorb the lemon in the tin.

This is the recipe I use..very simple..mines almost all gone..:(

Goodintentions...that is a huge Toots list

Kazmeister....she does get asked that quite often...her name is Megan but she is magic ..at least sometimes lol xx

I'm in... Bathroom, landing, stairs and hall are all pretty good at the moment so hopefully it won't take long and will keep them that way! How much I do will depend on how work goes... I am supposed to be going to Vienna in a week's time, but details still haven't been confirmed and I suspect it will all kick off tomorrow...

Mummyyof5 - I hope at least it is a BIG understand cupboard, otherwise your DD2 must be either very small or a contortionist!
