Not MY dogs, thankyou  Although the mess they leave in the garden is mine apparently.

I very rudely forgot to say Happy Birthday JoJo! Hope you have had a lovely day.

    that's because it's your garden :p

Prawn risotto with chilli for supper.

Thinking about watching a DVD and doing some work at the same time (still trying to get ahead with work...)
  • A bit disappointed with tonight! Thought not sure why - I finished work at six, then did a grocery shop. Got home dusted, polished and vacuumed upstairs then put a wash on.

Most of the house looks great after a week of flying but a couple of the bedrooms still need some work!

Will do a it of decluttering over the weekend - try to get a handle on the problem areas!

That's the next flylady meet sorted then. Round to LW's for Shepherd's Spy... And hex will leave her dogs behind for as long as possible!

Who's cooking? I'll need warning as Oz and I will be on British Rail via London. And I seem to remember that LW is veggie?

ETA: Oz is seriously enthusiastic about the trip as long as there are Dentastix on offer.

    Evening all

Boiler bodged together so we have heat and hot water. Trouble is guy says it will cost hundreds to fix properly so really we should think of replacing it which will be even more. In a right pickle now. Don't know the guy so not sure how kosher he is. Have no experience of boilers. A boring weekend of research ahead I fear.

  • my mother has ben told not to drive for a month whilst medical tests are carried out - there have been instances where she has lost the sight in one eye, though it always comes back!

She is 83, and I have a feeling that this 'aint going to be good news....although the roads in and around Stockport are now a lot safer...
