as far as my ECG reading goes it can be numerous reasons but if he said it was fine then i wouldnt worry.... if i were you i would see if you can get an heart check up at your doctors every year and YOU keep a copy of the readings (ecg's) so they can be looked at and compared too for any changes (or if u ever have to call an ambulance, the crew can look at them and see what they were at each given time and can see if there has been any changes)....

LAD can be due to simple things like high blood pressure, pregnancy or just that your muscle on the left of the heart is larger than the muscle on your right

Well Ive got a stinking cold, can't swallow, stiff neck, blocked sinus, banging headache:(. Very dull and uninviting outside, kids have been good as gold and got themselves ready for school this morning.

Now I'm sat here wondering if I have the energy to go to tesco after the school run to check out the Christmas 1p chocs, tomorrow may be to late! Wandered on here to see if an extra glitch might get me perky and motivate me:o

Morning all - just about to venture out for the day. Very soggy here.

Many thanks for all the fab pics - talented bunch you are.

Just a reminder that the forum update is due to go ahead today so things will look a bit different - hopefully much better. Though I do think I will miss the current greenness.

Don't worry there is a pavement ;). It's all side roads and footpaths until fb roundabout and then there is an underpass that brings you out onto the roundabout, walk across and come out otherside in Ts car park. :D Quite enjoyed it but should have worn a hat bit chilly under the dual carriageway. It took me about 15 minutes to get there, a little longer on the way back but quite enjoyable did not get up any speed as could feel my knees and shins did not like it especially after the steps of the underpass. I have really let myself go lately. Determined to lose at least a stone before Easter. Reckon the thought of any prizes at Ts each day might be good motivation but hope not all unhealthy ones. :rotfl:

I know i'm really late, but I only just saw this. Well done on walking it, I walk quite a lot but I still don't looe weight!
Have you done the walk from Lulworth to Durdle Door? OMG the hill and steps absolutely kill me. BTW you do not look like you need to lose weight at all. :)

Oh no, is that considered off-limits then, should I not have done that?
I'm new at this wombling game, so i'm not sure what is considered 'a fair play womble' and what's 'a red card offence' :o

I'd prefer not to risk being marched off the premises by a security guard.

I just meant that I have never had the guts to dive into the bin like that  Though personally I wouldn't make a habit of doing it in the same store too often where you might get recognised, I'm not 100% sure what stores think about us Wombles but if it becomes too obvious they might not take too kindly to it if they think we're taking the proverbial. Your story made me :rotfl::rotfl: though (I did nab a brand match from JS out of the bin once when the SA wasn't looking :D)

When i was little, my mom worked there in the offices so me and my sis spent every day of every holiday roaming around the museum and often got to help with the horses and pigs. We used to spend forever playing in the old mines but they have been closed off due to health and safety. Some numpty tried to climb where they shouldnt, hurt themselves and sued! If it was quiet we could dress up and pretend to be old fashioned as my sis called it! If we did a good job with the horses we were always given some cherry drops from the olde sweet shop, before it fell off the hill!

OMG! I didn't know the old sweet shop fell off the hill, I remember it well (well obviously being about 10yrs old it was a firm fav of the visit) I loved seeing how the candles were made too - gosh, getting all misty eyed now :)

  • Morning

No free creme eggs for me this morning :(

    did see
Napolina Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (6x400g) as half price even though the offer has ended. Yet it was out of stock :(
  • DD announced this morning that it was her turn tomorrow to provide cake for 25 people at school so delighted to finally find the 10p Temptations had appeared this morning. She will be having a birthday party in a couple of weeks so got enough for that too.

Also found some Glennans Veg Crisps on a strip - never found these before so pleased to confirm they are still scanning at 1p if you find them. Bought some for my sister as she loves them. Very small bag, feels like there are only a couple of crisps in each one so I think 1p is a fair price!

They have some Disney Princess bags on a strip at Addlest@ne in the biscuit section if anyone wants them.
