Methinks that someone is will be using some Boots smellies, take her vitamins and have an early night with ulterior motives!:o;)

Ermmmm....... Welllllll.......... I listen to it everyday but have'nt weighed myself yet;)bensonsmum wrote: »Evening all, hope you all had a great day, i went to the Boots sale, but to be honest was really dissapointed as there was next to nothing left, yet when i went in last night there was loads there - apparently people had been in just clearing the shelfs with a sweep of their arms, i got in there approx 9.30am and only christmas stuff, Gu chocolates and lavender smellies left, so instead i picked up 15 energy shots and 15 vitamins and stocked up on wet wipes and Gu chocolates - as you do!!
Went to M&S and got a couple of Bras and a pack of nick naks for a quid and 50p respectively. Also picked up a couple of pairs of mens PJ's for FIL as needing them whilst in hospital - and only £4!!
Then on to Mr T's picked up a disney princess pencil case set for 36p and also stocked up on the Ken Hom that is 2 x main meals and 2 x sides for a fiver - excellent value!!!
As i was leaving i had a phone call from OH - the news is my FIL has a brain tumour - don't know what type or if they will operate or what treatment will be undertaken yet - still waiting to hear back from specialists, but have been told we will know for sure tomorrow, as they were waiting for a few of them to get together today and look over the MRI scans etc. and decide what will happen next. I rang the hospital and spoke to FIL and he was full of beans, said food was great and could he have his glasses so he can see what the nurses look like - he said they sound lovely but can't be too sure as can't see them ( he is also partially sighted), i asked him if i could take him anything in when i go home on friday and he said a bus ticket out of there - i said its not that bad is it? he said no, but people die in places like this and he wants to make sure he gets his pension for the month first!! - still got a great sense of humour!! i told him i was trying to get cover so i could get home earlier, but he said i should stay where i was as there are bills that need paying and he doesn't want me to get into debt for his sake - love him xxx
Sending you hugs and thinking of you, I hope everything goes as well as it can today, your FIL sounds lovelyBeware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

There is nothing worse than being on the bones of your backside moneywise and the freezer looking emptier each day! So I had £20 left in my purse which has to last me until the end of next week, so a huge thanks to Mr T tonight. Calculated my stash of whoopsies £98.30 worth for £13.44   It was only myself and the reduction girl. Got bacon, sausages, fish, salmon, stewing steak, chops chicken breasts and loads more.
Well done you:T:T:T I love it when that happens;)
