You would think I would learn wouldn't you, but keep getting caught out. Spring showers are the worst - last all of 2 mins and you are soaked. :rotfl:Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

There is nothing worse than being on the bones of your backside moneywise and the freezer looking emptier each day! So I had £20 left in my purse which has to last me until the end of next week, so a huge thanks to Mr T tonight. Calculated my stash of whoopsies £98.30 worth for £13.44   It was only myself and the reduction girl. Got bacon, sausages, fish, salmon, stewing steak, chops chicken breasts and loads more.
Well done you:T:T:T

Morning all
Well I'll be going nowhere today, DD has been up most of the night being sickHad to put the washing maching on at half 2 this morning as we were down to the last pair of jammies. The neighbours must have loved me! (live in a flat) It's now on again as well as the tumble dryer  She's currently lying on the couch under her Me to You fleece blanket looking sorry for herself but very cute at the same time! The hardest thing is not giving her anything to eat, she's a bottomless pit and normally eats like a horse!!
So please Mr T no glitches today:p :rotfl:

Fudge_Cake wrote: »IWith regards to cough mixture, there is an overwhelming amount of clinical evidence that suggests cough medicine has no medicinal benefits other than soothing the throat, infact many claim hat a spoonful of golden syrup would do the same job. It definitely doesn't offer anything in the way of a cure. I gave up taking it years ago, although I do know that some GP's will recommend Pholcodine Linctus which incidentally is the cheapest of the lot
:T Totally agree Pholcodine Lintus is the absolute best cough medicine - breaks a dry cough quickly & is good if you can't get to sleep at nightOur Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...
