He was very upset at first but we've been talking about what we'll do whatever happens, he wants to just spend Saturday with just me, we've got a school open day to go to, then he wants to go to a nice restaurant for lunch, then the cinema and then back to my parents.
I think it's getting to the stage were he's fed up being with them, we've never spent so much time with them as we've done in the last 3 months, he's so looking forward to us getting a council house but they've offered us 1 place so far and they have to do a lot of work before they can even let us see it. I'm so hoping it'll be suitable but don't think it will be with DS's health problems
I used to work for a Council, and we would spend a lot of money on occasion altering council houses where people had particular needs for health reasons. So don't give up hope just yet!Hope is not a strategy.0 -
I'm not happy
Spent ages in traffic getting to my local Express. No mini eggs in stocks, so i thought I would try scanning the Lindt eggs. Waited in long queue, then had to keep letting people go in front of me, as I wanted to use the one SS till. By now all the staff and other customer thought I had a total screw loose. Scanned the Lindt eggs, and they came up at 50p....so didn't get them.
I may never be able to show my face in there again. Nightmare.

Fully wrap the cake in greaseproof paper (Double layer) then store in a tin, not plastic box, every 8 weeks you can open and feed with brandy/rum etc store in as cool a place as possible
Thanks very much Miss Laid, I knew someone on here would know. Thanks again! :beer:Hope is not a strategy.0 -
