I have been given a gift card when I returned an item without a receipt and also have exchanged - but I asked for the gift card at the time. It wasn't a DTD any time though i'd say i've done more than 3times! Im in mid ulster !

Made me and a few other people smile to see her reaction when I told her if she'd just came up and asked if I was taking any I would have said no and she could have her choice. Got a little clap from a very friendly SA who found some nice stuff for me, we'd been talking about this sort of person at sale time.

I didn't get to any stores today or all week except mon when they were closed, as my two wee men are seriously ill - have chest/throat and ear infections and high temps - no getting out for me i doubt - can't win them all :mad:

I mentioned it earlier. I got 15 shots, 9 vits and 6 ricola's. Picked up some BB cream, a bit of diabetic choccy for my mum, some gluco tabs also for mum, and something else can't remember what it was now. The BB cream on it's own is £13 total came to 9.87 or something like that and they refused to honour it. I felt a right t1t!

The till is always right (HO conformation) Speak to Boots HO and tell them how you've been treated. It's worth a shot.:rotfl:
