result!!! phoned HO CS last week re my missing remote for my 50p blu-ray player...was eventually told they wouldnt refund me as Ts should never have sold me returned stock so my only option was to take it back for a refund! Pah! Rang again today...gave my details and they have my 1st call registered so couldnt tell any porkies! Instead I just advised them I'd take it further if necessary as wasnt happy spending petrol having to go back and forth, plus purchasing a new remote etc....the chap was sooo lovely...he decided to refund me £20 (despite me telling him remote was only £15)...for the inconvenience!! Bless him...he even congratulated me on getting the free DVD in it and told me a bit about the film! So all in all a blu-ray player...Smokin Aces DVD...for £4.50 profit :)

first time (well it took 2 calls) I've ever rang CS to complain so was very chuffed at the outcome! :)

Result!!! :T
• Just back form my local and was rather disappointed the me to you plush teddies i.e the reindeer and christmas pud both scanning at £3.75 so i picked up a few basics that i needed and 3 scotch brite pads for a penny each. The SA that served me did mention that they went through at a penny and luckily she was an old neighbour she let me have them for that price and mentioned to another Staff member to let her know they were going through cheap. (think i got the last ones in my store though)

Not a great lot going on in Mr T's C@rm@rth3n. The price checker was broken so there wasn't much I could do!!
However OEP have got 3 for 2 operating once again. Before everyone starts looking like Mexican food freaks, its working perfectly, BUT they are also operating 2 dinner kits for £4. So effectively by buying 3, you are being overcharged.
As well as this, the Mexican wedges seasoning is 17p each and 3 for 2!!

Hmmmmmmz wonder if you buy 6 OEP dinner kits if the 2 for £4 plus the 3for2 would kick in??
Anyone can cuddle but only the Welsh can cwtch :)
• Crikey! Where do you live?

Our local fishing lake had a ruddy great aligator snapping turtle in it for a few years till it was finally removed. It was caught a few times by fishermen but apparenty it was quite a feisty critter so they all just kicked it back ina gain! Bigun too!

Only on the website as 2for£4 so if they are labelled 3for2 as well then it could be worth putting six through, would go through as £12 rather than £8 so £4 after DTD. Website only has cheaper stuff as 3for2.

But if the SELs are ambiguous like last time it would be a pain to argue with CS.
